On March 22, 2022, South Suburban College sent a letter to Tiffany Henyard complaining of both the financial and service obligations Good Burger had failed to comply with. The letter also informed Henyard and Good Burger that the college would terminate the contract if the issue were not fixed within 30 days

South Suburban College should terminate its contract with Good Burger for failing to remain in good standing on its business registration, among other things.
The issues of Township Supervisor Tiffany Henyard’s unauthorized use of Municipal Police license plates, police equipment, etc., were referred to the Cook County State’s Attorney’s office for possible prosecution.
“Pursuant to the stipulated agreement between the Plaintiffs and Local 395, Local 395, its officers, agents and employees are hereby enjoined for 100 years from appearing on jobsites or where D5 Iron Works, Inc., and its employees are present, for purposes of interacting with D5 Iron Works, Inc. or its employees, and will not visit any of the homes of the named Plaintiffs”
The pair accepted the money intending to be influenced and rewarded in connection with the transfer of a liquor license to another person, the indictment states.

It is clear there is an attempt at limiting the number of people who wish to run for office. It is also clear to us this attempt violates the letter and intent of laws established calling for the setting of compensation of the offices of township trustee, township supervisor, township assessor, and township clerk.

For now, both the Referendum for Recall of Mayoral Position of the Village of Dolton, and the Referendum to Recall Mayor Tiffany Henyard will remain on the ballot, subject to the outcome of the underlying court case filed by Mayor Henyard.
