Judge Rules That Teacher Tiffany Robinson Filed for the Wrong Election Mayor Bryant is the Only Candidate on the Ballot (Robbins, IL) – Teacher Tiffany Robinson will no longer hold an elected position in the State of Illinois after the April Elections. Tiffany Robinson is not running for re-election in her capacity as Moraine Valley College Trustee. It has been challenged in a court of law that Tiffany Robinson illegally held an incompatible seat on the Robbins Village Board. Incompatibly of Offices has been a huge issue in the Chicagoland area as many politicians seek to obtain and gobble up power. The Mandamus attempted by Tiffany Robinson was DENIED.
Non Existent Election
When it comes to her run for Mayor of Robbins, a Judge ruled that Tiffany Robinson filed for an election that does not exist. According to the Chicagoland Journal’s records such an election has never existed in the over 107 year history of the Village of Robbins. The court decided to not rule on the compatibility of offices issue as the fact that Tiffany Robinson decided to file for a non existent election resolves the controversy of whether Tiffany Robinson is eligible to run for the Mayor of Robbins. The court, by declaratory judgement, has ruled that Tiffany Robinson will not be placed on any ballot whatsoever for the upcoming consolidated general election on April 1st, 2025 known by many as April Fool’s day.
Controversy has struck the Village of Robbins’ local elections this consolidated election cycle with several candidates being deemed ineligible to be the Mayor of Robbins, such as Andrea Roberson and Tiffany Robinson. Andrea Roberson has decided not to run for re-election for the Robbins Park District after the Chicagoland Journal uncovered an alleged scheme to rig the Robbins Park District elections.

After the Chicagoland Journal reported on the alleged election rigging scheme at the Park District, Andrea Roberson immediately conceded that she did not have a 6 year term, possibly from fear of potential criminal prosecution.
