Nationally Recognized Community Leader Pastor Corey Brooks Visits Shreveport, Louisiana for Multi-Day Tour Focused on Faith, Policy, and Public Safety (Shreveport, LA) – April 1, 2025 – Pastor Corey Brooks, the nationally known “Rooftop Pastor” and founder of Project H.O.O.D., is in Shreveport this week for a multi-day tour to meet with faith leaders, elected officials, and community organizations to address issues related to violence prevention, workforce development, and faith-based transformation.
Pastor Brooks’ visit comes on the heels of his 343-day rooftop campaign in Chicago that drew national attention to the challenges facing underserved neighborhoods—and the power of grassroots leadership to spark hope and change.
During his time in Shreveport (March 31–April 3), Pastor Brooks will:
