Rev. Jesse Jackson Endorses Dr. Michael Crawford for Illinois State Representative (Chicago, IL) -Civil rights icon Rev. Jesse Jackson announced his endorsement of Michael Crawford in the Democratic Primary for 31st District State Representative:

He is currently Dean of the Chicago School, and he and his wife are raising 6-year-old wins in the Wrightwood neighborhood of Chicago. The 31st District contains portions of the 6, 17th, 18th, 19th and 21st Wards of Chicago as well as parts of Oak Lawn, Justice, Hometown, Hickory Hills, Palos Hills, Bridgeview and Chicago Ridge.
