The information charges TAMMY E. MOORE, 54, with one count of wire fraud. Moore will be arraigned in U.S. District Court in Rockford on a date to be determined.

LABAR SPANN, 43, of Chicago, was found guilty Monday on all four counts against him, including racketeering conspiracy, two counts of murder in aid of racketeering, and extortion.

A federal jury today convicted a Chicago man on sex trafficking charges for recruiting several children to engage in sex acts for money.

The indictment alleges that the Wicked Town faction engaged in numerous acts of violence, including at least 19 murders, 19 attempted murders, several armed robberies, and assaults.
