Niemerg has introduced legislation (HB 5230) to double the exemption from $4 million to $8 million, but the bill was never even assigned to a legislative committee for a hearing.

This latest series of water main repairs come after dozens other breaks over the past year which have left residents and students without water.

“The need to preserve and expand reproductive health care choices is paramount and I will do everything in my power as a state lawmaker to keep the hands of out-of-touch politicians off of our bodies,” Slone said.

We need to substantially reduce business regulations and make it easier for businesses to get the licensing and permits they need.
