As part of its 78th Annual Independents’ Day Dinner, the storied organization will recognize the selfless work of six Illinoisans whose sacrifice, dedication and vision continue to advance progressive values and equity.

The exhibit has nearly 100 photographs of the Beatles in concert, their antics off stage, record albums, their movies, concert posters, ticket stubs, contracts, touring schedules, and other historical photos.

A total of $8,985,634 will be distributed across 39 municipalities and three townships to fund two transit, 16 pedestrian, 11 bicycle, one freight and 13 road projects.

“For our students to be successful in school, it is important they are provided with new supplies each year,” said Joyce. “I urge all Illinois families and educators to make use of this tax break in order to contribute to our students’ success.”
