Will County Leader To Be Honored with Presidential Award (Homer Glen, IL) – February 10, 2025 – Steve Balich, Will County Board member and Homer Township Supervisor, has been named the recipient of the prestigious President’s Lifetime Achievement Award by the Greater Chicagoland Black Chamber of Commerce.
