The Cook County Gun Violence Prevention & Reduction Grants will fund a variety of violence prevention strategies including mental health and employment services, street outreach and case management as well as other services which support residents at-risk of being involved in community violence.

During the execution of the search warrant, Sheriff’s Police investigators found items consistent with the operation of a brothel including financial items and documents. Investigators also recovered two guns including a Glock with a switch that made that firearm fully automatic.
