Pritzker's second pandemic executive order "is an unlawful use of his authority under the Illinois Emergency Management Act (IEMAA)..."

Richard Irvin thought he was too good for the Black Republicans. Democrats don't like him. He didn't win because he disrespected Black Republicans. Bailey respects Black Republicans and this is why Darren Bailey is going to win in November and become the next Governor of Illinois.

The thirty-four grants were awarded to individual organizations and coalitions serving city neighborhoods and suburban municipalities that the ongoing gun violence epidemic has impacted most.

Of the businesses selected for licenses, 41% are majority Black-owned, 7% are majority White-owned, and 4% are majority Latino-owned, while 38% of awardees did not disclose the race of their owners

This funds from this settlement allow the agency's Division on Substance Use Prevention and Recovery to provide treatment for those struggling with opioid addiction," said Illinois Department of Human Services Secretary Grace B.
