Gary Rabine: Legislature must reject efforts to overturn parental notification (Woodstock, IL) — Illinois Republican candidate for governor, Gary Rabine, is calling on lawmakers to reject efforts to overturn the state’s parental notification laws during the Veto Session.

Eric Anderson, managing director of investment banker Piper Sandler, the bond underwriter, told the council that future sales of water to new wholesale customers such as Homewood and Flossmoor would finance the 10-year bond, not city taxpayers.
