The flooding on 135th Street will be addressed with a major construction project. In addition to resurfacing the road, 135th Street will be widened, the ditches will be removed and curbs and stormwater sewers will be installed.

At approximately 8 p.m. on Nov. 20, a gray Kia struck a Crestwood Police vehicle at Midlothian Turnpike and South Pulaski Road in Crestwood.

According to a criminal complaint filed in U.S. District Court in Chicago, the Zayeds used their store – Crestwood Electronics Inc. in Crestwood, Ill. – and other businesses to knowingly purchase stolen electronic devices and other merchandise, re-package the items, and then ship them to re-sellers out of state and overseas.
