According to the Cook County Sheriff’s Office, investigators with the Sheriff’s Police Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit arrested Deleon on August 17, 2023, after discovering evidence on his cell phone that he assaulted underage victims and recorded lewd videos involving them. #abuse

In July 2024, the ICAC Unit received a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about a user on a social media app who had uploaded and disseminated files containing child pornography. #pornography
