James Marter Releases Locations of Two Campaign Stops for Friday, Announcing District Change and Bid to Unseat Lauren Underwood (Oswego, IL) — Congressional Candidate, James Marter has released the locations of two of his campaign stops scheduled for Friday, October 15th. Locations are in what is anticipated to be part of the new Illinois 14th Congressional District, once the new maps are established.

This official switch of district to IL-14 will position Marter as the Republican running to unseat Democrat Representative, Lauren Underwood.

James will visit with supporters, voters and business owners and be available to take questions from members of the press.

Times and Locations:

  • Main Street in Oswego, IL – 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. Meeting at the Village Grind for coffee then heading to the Veterans Memorial next to the Oswego Library for announcement and Q&A. Visits with local business owners will follow.
  • At the Gazebo in Sandwich, IL – 5:00 – 6:30 p.m. Announcement and Q&A followed by visits with local businesses and private dinner with supporters. 140 E Railroad Street in Sandwich.
