Hazel Crest to Host Women’s Day Celebration Featuring Teen Phenom Dr. Dorothy Jeanius (Hazel Crest, IL) – The Village of Hazel Crest is set to celebrate Women’s History Month with a community event highlighting leadership, wellness and empowerment, headlined by 19-year-old scholar Dr. Dorothy Jean Tillman III.

The annual Women’s Day Celebration: Health, History & Legacy will take place Saturday, March 21 at 10 a.m. at the Hazel Crest Municipal Center, located at 3601 W. 183rd St.

This year’s featured speaker, known as Dr. Dorothy Jeanius, has gained national recognition for her academic accomplishments and motivational speaking at a young age. Organizers say her story reflects the event’s focus on inspiring the next generation of leaders.

The program will be hosted by Dr. Nakita “Nicci” Cloud and will include appearances by Dr. Rashonda Jones and other guests. The event aims to honor women’s contributions across health, leadership, family life and community impact.
