Juliana Stratton Campaign Reports More Than $2 Million Raised for General Election (Chicago, IL) – Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Juliana Stratton has raised more than $2 million for the general election, according to her campaign, building on what it describes as continued fundraising momentum following her March primary victory.

The campaign announced that Stratton raised $1.4 million during the second fundraising quarter of 2026. The total includes contributions received through Juliana for Illinois, the Juliana Victory Fund, and her leadership committee, Persist PAC.

Campaign officials said the fundraising reflects continued support from small-dollar donors, noting that more than 90% of contributions received during the quarter were under $250. According to the campaign, Stratton has received more than 60,000 donations during the 2026 election cycle.

“The grassroots coalition that powered Juliana’s victory in March is building the momentum to take her over the finish line in November,” said Allison Janowski, communications director for Juliana for Illinois.

Janowski contrasted Stratton’s fundraising with that of her Republican opponent, saying Stratton’s campaign is driven by grassroots support rather than personal wealth.

The campaign said Stratton is running on a platform focused on increasing wages, expanding access to affordable health care and reducing the influence of corporate political action committees in elections.

Stratton has received endorsements from several prominent Democratic leaders and organizations, including Gov. JB Pritzker, U.S. Sen. Tammy Duckworth, EMILY’s List, End Citizens United, and the Planned Parenthood Action Fund.

The 2026 Illinois U.S. Senate race is expected to be one of the state’s highest-profile contests heading into the November general election.
