Cook County Clerk Partners With Chicago Wolves to Offer Free Game Tickets to Veterans (Chicago, IL) – In recognition of National Veterans and Military Families Month, Cook County Clerk Monica Gordon announced a new partnership with the Chicago Wolves that will provide free hockey tickets to local veterans and active-duty service members.
Through the offer, veterans who enroll in the Clerk’s Veterans Discount Card Program — as well as those already enrolled — can receive one free ticket to a Chicago Wolves home game during the 2025–26 regular season. Additional tickets may be purchased at a discounted rate.

“This partnership is about more than just a game — it’s about community,” Gordon said. “Every veteran and service member deserves a moment to be honored and appreciated, and we’re grateful to the Chicago Wolves for standing with us in that mission.”

The program is open to all Cook County veterans, active-duty personnel, reservists, National Guard members, and others currently serving in the military. The free-ticket offer is valid for Wolves home games through April 19, 2026.

Tickets can be reserved at cookcountyclerk.com/Wolves. Participants will receive digital tickets by email and must present them on a mobile device for entry at Allstate Arena. The Clerk’s Office advises ticket buyers to verify seating before checkout and notes that customers will receive two emails — one confirming the purchase and another with instructions for accessing their tickets.

Veterans who have not yet enrolled in the Veterans Discount Card Program may apply online, by mail, or in person at the Clerk’s Veterans Affairs Office at 118 N. Clark Street. The office is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Applicants must provide a DD-214, Retired Military Card, or an Illinois driver’s license or state ID with a veterans designation.

The Clerk’s discount program, offered in partnership with the Cook County Office of Veterans Affairs, provides access to reduced costs on a range of services, including food, auto repair, legal assistance, and health and fitness memberships.
